After giving Instructions to Trullo, with mixed feelings, and pushing Dr. Barnard not to let Laro go before she had examined him extensively, Monterrey had walked to the entrance of VM2540. The two men who, unfortunately for nothing, had kept watch at the Sepulchrian had told them to come with them. Now that the imprisoned Sepulchrian had been shot to shreds by Trullo, their job as guardian of the giga robots was over. Once she got to the entrance, she went to look for Agent Elliott and briefed him as briefly and concisely as possible about the situation and the plan devised by Laro. Except she didn’t tell him Laro came up with it. She knew better by now.
