SSA Leeanne Monterrey breathed a sigh of relief. “Thank God, he’s gone,” she said with a slight sob in her voice. Hidden behind a large boulder, she had anxiously awaited what the last still functioning robot would do. He could have easily crushed them with its big massive feet. But apparently the robot’s pilot also realized that the machine was too cumbersome to be able to catch the faster SSA’s. After the second-last robot was taken down by the dust storm and the blaze, it stood still for a moment. Turned around his axis to take another look at what had happened to his colleagues. One robot had been knocked out of the sky after Monterrey’s direct hit and smashed down upon the moon a little further.
