Leonard asked coldly, "Is that so?"
I was about to shake my head when I realised that he was asking Shawn.
Shawn probably knew who Leonard was. He scratched his head, looking conflicted. He glanced at Leonard, then at Austin.
Austin was still smiling, but it no longer reached his eyes.
He was a man who was so gentle that he didn't even seem to have a temper. Yet, Leonard had successfully made him mad. In a certain sense, Leonard truly was a force to be reckoned with.
Shawn hesitated for a long while before finally stuttering out, "I… I'm not too sure, either."
Leonard slapped a hand on the table, sounding extremely displeased. "Can that even be considered an answer?"
Shawn's knees buckled, almost making him fall to the floor.
