CHAPTER TWENTY FOUR McGrath’s eyes were narrow and thin, like a man squinting from the pain of an incredibly bad headache. He sat quietly, looking across his desk at Mackenzie and Bryers. They had just presented him with Mackenzie’s findings and in the fifteen seconds that had passed, McGrath had not spoken a single word.
