Sarvika continued about her statement and said  to ACP - Rishu (Reyansh Oberoi) loved Sarvika but Sarvika considered Rishu as nothing more than a good friend. Because of which Rishu's ego got hurt and he planned to r**e Sarvika along with Kabir and Akki (Akshat) in the party. Sarvika went to the washroom with her friend Sarita. Sarita was inside and Sarvika was washing her hands outside. Kabir and Akki come from behind, close Sarvika's mouth with their palm and lift her from there. He took her in the car and r***d her one after the other. They thought of killing Sarvika after r****g her. But then Kabir decided to call Sarvarth. Sabbath came there and took Sarvika back to the college and threw her on the terrace. They were about to set fire on Sarvika by spraying petrol but then they heard her friends Mayank and Sarita voice and left her there and ran away. Everyone was shocked after hearing her statement. ACP said: “It means Sarvarth didn’t r**e you, I mean he was not with them when they r***d you, but he helped save the remaining three and tried to kill you.. “

Sarvika nodded her head in affirmation. ACP said: “To be honest, I do not want to give false consolation to all of you. These boys.. Nothing will spoil to those boys…but still I’ll try my best.” Saying so he was about to leave when he saw Saahasi, he couldn’t find the emotion on her face but still feels as her eyes spoke a lot..

Seeing Sarvika condition, Mayank said: “Sarvi, you please don’t take tension…We will get these bastards punished….Doesn’t matter if they spoil rich brat, but we will not leave these people?..”

The next morning all four boys were arrested. There was uproar everywhere and news spread like fire. The minister described it as a conspiracy of the opposition and Laywer mentioned it as an ugly attempt to damage the image of high profile people like them. Another described it as some people do it to gain publicity.

Well, somehow case proceeded.. No lawyer had the courage to fight against a famous lawyer like Sanyal. Somehow a lawyer got ready to do the favor, but he asked for a high amount of fee in return. Well Aadhar Singh agreed to his demand.

Case started and the first hearing was announced. Bhaavesh, Sarita and Ayan were waiting for Sarvika outside of the court. Sarvika came along with her parents. Sarvika notices that Mayank is not present here so she asked about him to her friends. Her friends were looking at each other as they were feeling bad about the reason of Mayank unavailability but then they decided to tell the truth, and so Sarita told to Sarvika – Mayank won’t be attend the hearing today, as when we went to his home, his father said that he doesn’t want to ruin his son’s future. Hearing Sarita’s word everyone kept quiet for some time. Sarita said – “It’s okay  Sarvi, you don’t need to worry, we are here and we are more than enough to punish these bastards.”

Then the police brought all four boys there, along with them IG Singh, minister Tyagi, and businessman Oberoi were also present. Rishu, Kabir and Akki get off the car and see Sarvika. They were smirking to her. Sarvarth get off the car in the last. He saw Sarvika and approach to her. She was trembling in fear. Aadhar Singh stood with Sarvika holding her by her shoulder.

Sarvarth look towards Sarvika and said: you really made a big mistake dragging us to court. You’ll be punished for this crime, and this time it will not be only you but all your famile will have to pay for this..you should have thought about your parents before dragging us to court. You are the only child of your parents, so you should have thought about them.”

Sarvika was shivering in fear, seeing Sarvika condition, Saahasi came and hold her hand . Sarvarth saw Saahasi, and his eyes remained fixed on her. When Saahasi looked Sarvart, he removed his eyes as if he had seen the burning sun. ACP Akhilesh comes there and asks Sarvarth to walk into the court room. Sarvarth started leaving, then he looked back and saw Saahasi and went away.   

Case started. The date of the hearing of the case was being continuously extended by the lawyer Sanyaal. Time passed and it almost became 20 days from the case started. The case of Sarvika was weakened in these 20 days. People were now considering her guilty instead of  r**e victim. The lawyer used new methods in every hearing and did not leave any chance to prove Sarvika as characterless. Everytime when discussion starts Sarvika’s lawyer used to become speechless in front of Sanyal. Saahasi used to come to court with her family everyday but till now she had not said a word to anyone neither in the house nor outside the house. Her eyes were ruddy red everyday as if she was not asleep. Everyday Sarvarth came to court, his eyes would remain fix on her. On 23rd day of case hearing Sanyal called Sarvika's college professors and all of them said the statement something like this –“ Sarvika has never been a good student, often she used to stay out of the class, many times in college, we caught her doing vulgar acts butevery time when we complaint the same to her parents,  her parents never took our words seriously

The classmates of Sarvika said that "Sarvika and all her group is infamous for doing dirty things and getting drunk in college, Sarvikaherself used to flirt with Rishu"

Even Doctors told: We found drugs in Sarvika's body which clearly shows that she used to take drugs, as far as r**e is concerned, only DNA samples match Rishu in the DNA test, but Sarvika's body says that whatever happened, it happened with Sarvika's consent "

The statements of the rest three – Kabir,Rishu and Akki were like – “Sarvika herself took Rishu to the car. Whatever happened between Sarvika and Rishu, it happened with Sarvika's will, Sarvika's friends are absolutely lying.”

Hearing all this, Sarvika went stung and shouted “All are lying ... All lies.. Together these three r***d me and this Sarvarth tried to kill me. All are lying together, everything is properly presented as a complete lie and this drama is created by them.. They are the owner of this false castle ... liars all. . All..l..l..l..”  Saying so Sarvika got fainted , and her family took care of her.

Sanyal (lawyer) said: “My Lord, Due to such girls, our society always questions to the character of other girls who are not at her faults and are genuine. First she herself made relation with my son Rishu and then tried to blackmail Rishu. When this girl felt that her plan won’t work here, she made this disgusting accusation on my son. All four of my clients are innocent, that’s all my lord.”

Sarvika’s lawyer did not say anything. The judge pronounced the verdict and declared the four boys innocent and released. In all this uproar, Sarvarth’s eyes were fixed on Saahasi, she was sitting silently.
