They both looked like crap the next morning. Both their eyes were swollen and puffy. By the time Chastity and River showed up they both had caked on makeup to cover the bags under their eyes. Didn't help much though.

"What happened to you too?"

"I'm pretty sure Zion was with another girl last night and Tab met and rejected her mate."

"Wait what! All of this happens overnight?" River asked.

"Yeah, sucks right." Kaleigha groaned.

"Well not really the part about Zion can't be true. You would feel it if that were the case." Tabatha explained

"Maybe not with me being human and all." Maybe she didn't feel it the same, at any rate he had a chick in his room.

"Nah I've never heard of anyone being immune to that human or not." Kaleigha nodded understanding. She still felt like crap but knowing her didn’t have s*x made her feel a little better.

"I have got to make sure Chenoa eats breakfast. Also, River do you think your dad would help me with a binding spell?"

"Binding spell?" Chastity eyes grew large. "Catori, that is dangerous."

"I will do anything to save my sister."

"How does it work?" She asked.

"I really don't know." They all were lost in their own thoughts until her tummy let out a slow rumble.

They all laughed and made their way downstairs to the kitchen. As soon as they entered the kitchen, she saw Zion with the same slut from last night and Kevin and Michael were there too. "I don't think I can stomach this." Tabatha said as some girl came and sat in Kevins lap. She growled and looked at Kaleigha. she nodded in understanding "I know somewhere we can go."

"Kali we can't leave the territory. The border patrol would catch us before we even reached the-" Kaleigha held my finger up and pointed at Chastity.

"We have Chastity now and I bet she can handle that."

"Let's go." Chastity said, leading us outside. We all ran toward the woods.

"Oh wait, I forgot something." Kaleigha said you guys wait here. A few minutes later she returned but she wasn't alone. They all grew quiet.

"Do you think it's a good idea to bring her too?" Tabatha asked. She held up her wrist. They were handcuffed together.

"We have spent too many years apart. I won't waste any more time."

"Yeah, but what if she shifts?" River asked.

"If she tries anything crazy," Kaleigha looked her in the eye "then I will do what must be done." She meant that too and Chenoa knew it.

"Change of plans guys." Chastity said as she waved her hands around saying some spell. An old log came flying out the bushes into the clearing.

"Let's just all fly." She said smiling. Her personality was so bubbly that it was hard not to like her once she loosened up.

"Oh, hell yeah that sounds like fun!" Tabatha and River straddled the log. And Chastity got in front. I=Kaleigha didn't budge. "Are you still afraid of heights, Cat?" She bit her lip and Chenoa nudged her forward. "It's okay Sister. I'm with you." They straddled the log and Chenoa hugged her waist. The log then went up in the air then sprung forward. There were witches that resided on the territory. So, it would not seem odd to see them flying above. Most didn't even bother looking up. Once they were out of ear shot, she could no longer resist. She howled in pure joy and happiness. River and Tabatha howled too. “I’ve been dying to do this guy!” Chastity yelled as she let out a loud cackle. Chenoa grabbed her hands which she had gripped the log for dear life. "Be free Catori have no fear. You are fearless. Show the world who you are and save me for us and for my love." She threw her hands in the air and howled the most beautiful howl. Kaleigha laughed and threw her hands up too. It was the most freeing feeling in the world. When they arrived at her house, we all stood outside just looking at it. "Wow you lived here by yourself Catori?" Chastity said in awe. "Maybe I will be free like this someday." Tabatha said twirling around.

"How do you do that?" Chastity asked.

"Years of practice." Tabatha said while she stared at her old home. Chastity tripped trying to twirl and jumped back up quickly dusting herself off.

“I understand the practice now.” She mumbled.

River looked at her and took the lead "let me check it out first Kali."

He went inside as Chenoa and Kaleigha just watched as Tabatha took Chastity by the hand and began to dance around. Chastity caught on fast which Tabatha found impressive. "Wanna try Chenoa?"

"No, I'd look silly. Never danced before." Kaleigha’s eyes narrowed as she stared at her.

"Like never, ever?"

"You saw my life, Cat. I never really had a reason to." Chenoa said while watching them.

"You do now." Kaleigha said. River came to the door and waved them in. Kaleigha practically dragged Chenoa inside. Only to freeze at the door. She tried to stop the memories that invaded her mind. The blood, almost being r***d.

“It’s clean Kali, Zion made sure of it just in case you ever needed to come back.” She ruffled his hair, her sweet Buddy always on time.

She stepped across the threshold and headed for the kitchen. “We need groceries guys.”

"Oh, can we go to the grocery store?" Tabatha said, jumping up and down.

"Please please please!" Chastity begged.

"Man, you guys have been sheltered but still got my keys and my jeeps outside. Let's roll."

"Yay!" They were way too excited to be going to Walmart Kaleigha thought as they hopped in the jeep, and she started it up.

"Hey Kali, who taught you how to drive?" River asked and they stared at each other finally she sighed.

"Only to the end of the road."

"Yeah!" He yelled as they traded places as she instructed River on what to do. River did everything she told him, and he had the most serious expression. They drove up and down the street several times, so she let River go on the main road. "Make sure you stay in this lane and keep your speed up."

He did great and they made it to their destination in one piece. Walmart was not a good idea. Chenoa and Chastity wanted to try on everything. River oh River had something the ladies could not resist. Apparently, she was not the only one that found him adorable. Little girls could not seem to function properly in his presence. He was so used to it that he literally acted like they did not exist. That did not include the crew. Meaning the three ladies that were with him. Kaleigha would have thought there would be a little tension because Tabatha was so into River when she met her in fact, she thought he was her mate. But no, the moment she found out Kevin was her mate it was a wrap. So, they all got along well. Becoming quick friends. River, just like a boy was fascinated watching some guys play call of duty on the x box game system. She thought they would never leave until she remembered of course said to him "Buddy um you know I have one of those and a couple of other games too. Shall we make it a date?"

"Girls we got to go!" He yelled and the little girls that had gathered looked so disappointed. One actually said "awe."

River blushed and smiled at the girl. She was a cutie but a desperate little thing.

They decided to make a day out of it, so the cart was loaded with items. She swiped her card and prayed and amazingly it went through.

When they got in the car and started driving back, she noticed a few items that she did not purchase. Like the sunglasses all of them had. The lipstick they were now wearing. "Did you guys steal that?" She gasped "DO YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD'VE HAPPENED IF YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN CAUGHT?"

"Chill Kat, we got that b***h on our team." Tabatha said pointing at Chastity.

"I'm that b***h!" Chastity shouted and everybody laughed but her.

"It was in our hands the whole time." River said.

"But your hands were empty!" Kaleigha shouted.

"But they weren't." Tabatha said.

"Well damn y'all could have let me in on the s**t. I wanted a few things too." She said pulling up to a red light. “I maxed my card out, I’m sure.”

"I got two of everything, Catori." Chenoa leaned forward hugging and kissing her cheek.

"Thanks Sis." She turned the radio on and Lizzo came on blaring through her speakers.

The girls were immediately huge Lizzo fans. Once back at the house she got River set up on the game system and he was live so he could play online with other players. He was so drawn into the game. He was lost to the girls for pretty much the rest of the day. She called Vanessa and invited her over and she showed up a short time later. Chenoa did not much care for her at all, but Tabatha and Chastity were friendly.

"Hey Vanessa." River said when she came in. She paused, staring at him.

"Do I know you? I feel like we met, it's weird but I don't remember meeting you?"

"It's me Buddy." He said, smiling at her with his big brown eyes. She froze as reality sunk in. She slowly moved closer to him. Touching his face.

"Vanessa, you're going to get me killed." He looked back toward the TV. She looked back at Kaleigha "f**k me Kali! Are you one to?"

"Yes, we all are except Chastity." She pointed at Chastity. She in turn tapped her chest saying, "I'm that b***h!" They all laughed and Kaleigha just shook her head.

They had so much fun. Vanessa and Kaleigha spent an hour teaching the other girls dance moves. Tabatha was graceful; she already knew a lot of moves but Chenoa and Chastity, who had never heard music, danced until they collapsed. After a short break they were at it again. “What is wrong with this scene?” Kaleigha said as Vanessa tried to instruct Chenoa on how to twerk. Chastity was bent down behind Vanessa as she shook her rump. Studying her every move as her boodie gyrated, Chenoa caught on quickly; she had to admit she and her sister had ass! So, it didn't take much to get it to move. Tabatha had a cute figure as well, but she was more into classical dance, so she learned it quickly and moved on. Poor Chastity had nothing really to shake which Kaleigha concluded was the problem. Poor girl was straight up and down. No titts or ass. She still was a cute girl with her flaming red hair and freckles scattered across her nose and cheeks and her bewitching green eyes. She was one pale white girl though. Kaleigha figured it was years of being in that cave with no sun. Vanessa made her seem even paler because ever since she knew her, she seemed to have a natural tan complexion. She always thought that made her stand out from others.

“Chastity honey I think that maybe you should try a different dance that is not made for you baby.”

Vanessa turned Chastity around and looked at her ass. “Disturbing! You have no ass at all. Like nothing but if you were taller, you would be an awesome model. I wish I had your figure. You have no fat.”

Kaleigha laughed as she realized that she and Vanessa had a different standard of beauty, she loved Chastity, but she certainly would not want to be built like her. She was almost flat chested on top of having no bottom. If she had a choice, she would rather Tabatha's figure. She was one of the prettiest girls she had ever seen. She was lighter than Kaleigha; she had a brownish, beige complexion. She was thick but she did not have the extra pounds Kaleigha carried. At 5’6 she was quite curvy and made Kaleigha wonder what in the hell was wrong with Kevin. They took turns playing the PlayStation with River and feeding their faces.

Everything was great until they heard "OH s**t THEY KNOW WE ARE MISSING!" Tabatha squealed, "Zion is trying to mind link with me." She said nervously.

We heard the television turn down and knew he was reaching out to River too. Tabatha's face was drained of all color. "What's wrong?" Kaleigha asked Tabatha.

"Guys we have to go. Zion knows we left; he is royally pissed." River said Tabatha nodded in agreement.

Kaleigha instantly mind linked Zion.

'Why are you bullying my friends?'

'Why the f**k did you leave the grounds without permission?' He snapped back.

'I don't need your permission for s**t Zion! I'm grown! I lived just fine on my own before you came along!' She yelled.

'I don't know who you think you're talking to Kat but let me just remind you. I'm your mate! You won't disrespect me or my authority.'

'f**k you and your authority.' Kaleigha said then cut off the connection.

In the realm of the Gods

"Maui something is not right."

"What is it, Selene?"

"I feel a source of power. Heron grows stronger but there is something or someone else."

"Who?" Maui looked at her with doubt.

"I don't know. I will get to the bottom of this though." Selene looked at Maui and finally asked.

"What brings you to visit?"

"Selene, father requested your presence. Seems he has called you several times and you have not come."

"I have been busy, what is this about?"

"Selene, I think you are in trouble."

"Why what have I done now?" She replied nonchalantly.

"Something as great as Heron." Maui said, causing Selene to stiffen. She turned to look at Maui.

"Promise me Maui whatever happens you will protect the child!"

"Selene what did you do?" Maui said, grabbing her arm.

"I did what needed to be done to protect the Chosen."

"Which was what?" She shook her arm "tell me!" Maui demanded. Before she could they were both pulled into the halls of justice.

"Well," Emanuel said as he sat upon his great throne "answer the question."
