Watching the training this morning was interesting, the way they worked with each other, helping one another how they got out of the different holds. I have watched some of the training at my old pack, but nothing like this went on there. I was shocked to see it was a mixed class, not all one gender, and the females were just a good as the males.
I will give credit where it is due, and I must say Christina is good. You can see she has been training for a long time; the way she moved so effortlessly and was able to get out of the holds so easily, I will admit I was slightly jealous of her. She was in shape, her lean body showing all the work she does. And knowing she handles herself like that in these classes was something I admire about her, sure, she wasnt the nicest person w
