I was feeling a lot better being here. I video chatted with my parents each night, and it was great to see them. I do miss them, but I somehow feel content here, like this is home. When I was in Brandon's pack, I would always long to go home. I was home sick, no doubt about it, but with Brandon being there, it didn't bother me so much till he turned his attention elsewhere, where then it started to weigh heavily on me.
