I quickly put on the scuba gear, jumped into the water, and made my way toward the building, being sneaky of course — I didn’t want to risk getting caught.
I was getting closer when suddenly I heard an alarm. I panicked.
“Did I trigger it?” I thought. Why would there be an alarm?
I kept going, determined to get to the bottom of it. I reached the back of the building and saw a door. I looked around for cameras, and surprisingly, there weren’t any.
But I was still cautious — I didn’t want to get caught. Who knew what they would do to me? I didn’t want to find out.
I went in the door. Everything was so futuristic.
“What are they doing here?” I asked myself.
I had no idea where to start looking. I’d have to guess at this point.
I opened a door to find machines everywhere — strange machines and power sources. Almost everything in there looked so futuristic. I didn’t understand any of it.
I opened door after door after door but couldn’t find anything that looked like it could cause a wave that big. The place was massive. How was I supposed to find exactly what I was looking for?
I was going to have to work faster — my friends needed me.
