After putting it off for hours I finally decided that I should probably call my mom back. I know she’s more than likely just going to yell at me but I also don’t want her to worry about the fact that I’m not answering.
“I’m gonna go call my mom now” I’ve already told Jack I’m going to her call her multiple times
“Mhm you’ve been saying that for an hour now” He says like he doesn’t believe me
“I’m really going to go call her now. I don’t want her to call the cops or something, she’s dramatic like that” I roll my eyes. Not that calling the cops would really do her any good seeing as they wouldn’t be able to get out her anyway.
I go into Jacks bedroom looking down at my phone like my mother is going to jump through the screen.
I go to her contact but I hesitate over the call button. W
