I let Jack choose between Step Brothers and Dodgeball for our movie tonight. I have him watch both of the trailers not missing the fact he rolled his eyes at both. He ended up choosing Step Brothers. I tell him that would be my choice too and he seems concerned by that.
He pats the spot on the couch right beside him so that’s where I sit. He puts his arm around me but on the back of the couch so not really around me. I watch him try to contain his laughter throughout the movie but a few times he breaks laughing out loud. At one point in the movie we were both laughing then we looked directly at each other. I thought that maybe he was going to kiss me but he went back to watching the movie. I only felt slightly disappointed, that’s what I keep telling myself anyway. I didn’t miss the fact
