Dana stepped out of the cab and walked through the ground floor of the Waterbridge Mall. Saturday was prime shopping day, and the mall was no exception as a destination. Shoppers were everywhere with carts piled high with shopping bags, and even dogs were not left out. It seemed one in every five shoppers either had a chihuahua in their arms or peeking out of a doggy diaper bag. Dana headed toward the marble concierge desk situated near the elevators. “Hello, how do I get to the Windsor floor?” she asked the lady in a blue and white uniform whose blonde hair was pulled into a smooth chignon.
