After dinner, I was still too upset to bother asking if I could visit Brin. She wasn’t the person I wanted to see, anyway. It was way overdue, but I finally messaged Kyer that I was home. He must have been waiting by his console, because the response was instantaneous. I was so worried. R U OK? Fine, I messaged back.
