chapter twenty six: five years later
"thank you again," i said and got out the uber. the uber driver waved to me and i closed the back door. i walked to the sidewalk and cover my body as it was kind of chilly. i was going to shop with Roxanne and it been a long time since we hung out. i keep in touch with everyone after we all moved away to start our own life in college. it has been five years which is long but it doesn't feel like five years. i text Roxanne on a daily when i can. after i graduated college i got a job right away in a magazine company to edit and got promoted to still edit but also edit the page. i have my own office so it great i got promoted. joey graduated at the same time as me and he started to work in a lab. he works almost the whole day but he makes time for me as i make time for him. after three years
