I could really get used to waking up like this every day, I thought to myself as I lay here trying to catch my breath and regain strength in my legs. He did all the work. Why do I feel like if I tried to stand I'd fall to the floor? Laughing at my own thoughts, I didn't notice Rex get up off the bed and go into the bathroom until I heard the shower turn on.
He walked back out, coming over to the side of the bed I was on and picked me up bridal style, carrying me to the shower. I hadn't noticed before, but it was a very large walk in with two shower heads, but also, this really cool feature that came from the ceiling which he had on right now, making it look like rain.
