Three Months Later
Corey eventually made it out safely. Her humanity attached, it took her weeks to stop getting nightmares about the town and all that's happened within it, but the trauma remains. She wished the could forget it all, but it still haunts her. She's alone, working two jobs and still not making enough to afford life. But at least the heavy workload keeps her mind busy, it's when she's alone at home when the laughs of her friends taunt her. She feels beyond guilty, dirty even, for being the only lwing.
