He clicks again. The photos appear—me and Jason at the coffee shop, outside the kindergarten, in his car. Innocent moments made to look secretive.
"Mrs. Daves claims my client was the unfaithful one. But these photos tell a different story. A story of a woman so focused on her new relationship that she's willing to sacrifice her son's welfare."
Mitchell paces in front of the judge's bench.
"Your Honor, Samuel Daves loves his son. He's been the primary financial provider for Charlie's entire life. He has the resources to give Charlie everything he needs—the best schools, the best therapists, the best opportunities. Mrs. Daves has good intentions, I'm sure.
