(Samuel's POV) I arrive at Morrison Cafe twenty minutes early. Can't help it. Haven't been able to sit still since Caroline's text yesterday. I changed my shirt three times this morning. Shaved twice. Even used the cologne she bought me for our second anniversary—the one I know she liked. I need to be perfect for this. This is my shot. My one chance to show her I've changed.
