The night is darker than normal so it was hard for us to see from a distance, but as the noise got closer and the trees separated, I couldn't believe who it was. I spoke loudly.
“Oh my god. Jeremiah. It's only you. You had us freaking out," I said.
“Freaking out! Why? I didn't know you were here," he replied.
“We thought it was someone or something going to attack us!" I said,
“No one will attack you. And who is this lady?" he asked.
“This is Malena. She's my woman," I said.
“Ohh... Nice. She's beautiful," he replied.
