Chapter 22
He gazed at me. His dangerous eyes are pinned on my whole being. Like he's casting a spell in me that no matter how hard I want to cut my gaze on him, I just couldn't. And the way he stared at me made me shiver. There was threat there—which was expected—and interest—which wasn't.
It was the interest that made me shiver.
And when I saw Radimir starts to walk towards me, I use all my force and might to cut my gaze on him.
"Yvonne, we need to go." Agad kong inalis ang braso ni Jackson sa balikat ko at tumayo.
"Aalis na agad kayo Eve? Maaga pa." Malungkot na sambit ni Jackson sa tabi ko. I hate to ruin his party but I know that I'm not safe here anymore.
"Kaya nga Eve, party pa tayo." Pupunta pa sana si Yvonne sa dance floor pero hinigit ko siya pabalik.
"I'm sorry Jackson."
