We got back from the woods last night and stayed up for most of the night just talking about everything. We went over all the things Artemis told us and what we should do. Right now we are heading to the conference room on the first floor to meet with a few people from our pack.
“I didn’t know there was a conference room.” I tell Merrick. “I swear I’m learning more and more about this place and I’ve been here for months now.”
Merrick chuckles, “Yeah we don’t really use it. Never really get the chance for it. Haven’t had to go to war with rogues for quite some time.”
“But they did attack before right? Like before I came here or before you were Alpha?” I ask as we walk down the stairs.
“Well yeah, but not as many as we are thinking.” He answers.
