DAMIEN:
"What did you say you are? Pregnant?" I ask with the intent to clarify what I just heard.
She nods. "Yes, I am. We're going to have a child soon, Damien."
A smile was mounted on her face and to be honest, I wasn't entirely sure what to feel or how to react to the news of knowing that she was with child... With my child.
I'm a lot skeptical right now. Maybe even more than confused. I just didn't expect to be hit with this sudden news.
