"Good for her." Xander says with a chuckle. I let out my own little laugh and agreed. "So, can we go home yet? This pack is, well, boring. Other than Derek, everyone else acts like they have a stick up their ass." I smack my friend roughly on the arm. "Stop. You are aware they are wolves who can hear just as well as us?" He simply shrugs like it doesn't bother him. Figures.
I walk over to the unconsious man on the floor. I give him a light kick on the side to see if they would make him wake up. It is strange that it's taking this long. "Xander, are you going to make a lady carry this on her own?" I fake hurt as I lift Alpha Anthony with ease. Hey rolls his eyes, but helps me carry him to the pack clinic.
