PROLOGUE

Sehoon Dominick Park Point of View

“Dabi!” he called. I chuckled softly when I heard him calling me, so cute!

I looked at him and smiled, I was doing some paperwork's in my office here in our house.

“Yes baby?” I ask,

Tinigil ko muna yung ginagawa ko and then approach him. I sat beside him and gently grabbed his tiny arms.

“Kuya said, dada doesn't like me po!” he said,

Naka simangot sya and his facing downwards. I held his chin and linapit ko yung mukha ko para halikan sya sa cheeks.

“Don't be sad, baby! Dada loves you, okay?! Kuya is lying, he didn't mean that!” I said,

“I don't think his lying po! Then why dada not here po, with us? Do you really think dada loves us po?”

Hindi ako naka sagot sa tanong nya. I really don't know the answer. I just smiled, not knowing what to say to him.

“Go to your room na baby. Time to sleep na!” I said,

He gave me a wide smile before he left. I was about to go back to what I was doing when someone entered inside. Tinignan ko sya habang naka taas ang isang kilay.

“What did you do?” he ask,

“What?” I ask back, cluelessly

“Hiro got a bruise on his arm!” he said, almost a shout

“It's not that big anyways!” I said,

I continued what I was doing earlier. I heard her groaning, hindi ko nalang sya pinansin and focusing myself from the papers in front of me.

“Tangina naman oh! You don't even know what's happening to him in their school?! Hiro is being bullied and his fighting back on them!” he said, tumaas ang boses nya,

“So you want me to be proud of him because he can defend himself? Ganon ba? Ganyan ba yung gusto mo?!” I ask qirritatedly facing her with my fearless gaze

“It's NOT the f*****g POINT! Halatang halata naman na mas favorite mo si Aster kesa kay Hiro! You are so clueless on Hiro and when it comes to Aster, alam na alam mo lahat! BECAUSE YOU ONLY FOCUS ON ASTER! Hindi mo napapansin na lumalayo na yung loob ni Hiro sayo!” she said with tears rolling down her cheeks,

“I'm... Not!” I said, halos wala ng boses pa. Hindi ako makatingin ng maayos sa kanya. Matalim ang tingin nya sa akin.

“Hiro keeps asking me if his your son! And he keeps on arguing every time I say yes! Kung totoo ba raw na anak mo sya bakit kay Aster lang daw yung atensyon mo? His doubting that his your son dahil sa mga pinapakita mo sa kanya! And I don't know what I will tell him! Hindi na ako mag tataka kung isang araw bigla nalang syang mawala sayo!” she said turning her back on me, naglakad na sya palayo.

I was shocked by what she said. I don't know how to react to that. Kasi totoo naman, I don't know what to do anymore. I'm the worst father! Hiro doesn't deserve that kind of treatment. Oh god! I don't know what to do! How do I fix this? I really can't do anything about it!

I clenched my jaw and closed my eyes while massaging the bridge of my nose. Huminga ako ng malalim, thinking about how I fix things up.

Please help me with this Shiro! I really need you right now, baby. Please come back here and help me figure this out! I can't do this alone. I need you baby.
