Chapter 6 Frank and Yvonne lay together on a scattering of couch and chair cushions. A trail of clothing led from the kitchen to the living room. A rich, thick aroma of shared pleasures filled the air. Yvonne stroked Frank’s chest, then slid her hand lower, squeezing lightly. He groaned and pulled her hand away. His few remaining hormones tried to rally to the cause, but without much success. She hadn’t changed a bit. “Sorry, Yvie,” he said. “The troops need to fall back for a little R&R.” Her lips curled upward, puffy and moist. She sighed, a long, languid exhalation, and snuggled against him. Their sweat mingled, the salty tang just another ingredient in the organic haze that filled the room.
