I laid in bed, the thoughts of the day running through my mind. It was comforting to know that Franklin and Bobby were dead. But not enough to give me a good night's sleep. After the first 3 nightmares I sat up. Making sure I was fully awake and that it wasn't some dream within a dream. Deciding that I could do with a glass of water that didn't come from my bathroom tap, I went downstairs. It was dark and the only source of light were the porch lights shining through the window. It took a few moments for my eyes to adjust, and I continued down the stairs. I stopped in my tracks when I saw George on the couch. His glasses laid on the coffee table and he had his arms crossed over his chest. I tip toed past him, throwing the Afghan that hung over the back of the couch over him. I continue
