“Who did this to you?”
I was startled as I hadn’t felt his presence approaching me until he spoke.
Marcus was inspecting every scratch on my body. “Who did this to you?” he repeated with a growl.
My mouth went dry and I was speechless. I couldn’t help but let my eyes wander over his body and notice his T-shirt clinging tightly to his body.
“Olivia… Who did this to you?” he asked again, taking a step closer to me.
“I-it’s nothing, just a few scratches,” I tried to say, but he put his hand under my chin and ran his thumb near the scratch on my cheek.
“This is a little too deep for just nothing, so tell me who did this to you.” His face was close to mine now, and I was feeling a little breathless.
“Samantha.” I managed to answer him and he growled as fury filled his eyes
