My heart raced faster when I saw the wide, enormous gap showing up inside the barrier.
Finally, I let my lungs to breathe as Damon and Azrael followed me as I rushed towards Talia.
Reaching Talia took me only a second as she looked closely into the darkness. Without looking at me, she said, “We have to be careful when we pass this barrier. I can feel the darkness’ strength as it is lurking from inside.”
I turned towards Azrael and Damon, “No time is to be wasted, we have to move and find Olivia. Warn the warriors and be careful as we do not know what we might deal against when we pass into their lands.”
