Luca pov
I look to the left of me as I see Lila was gone I grone internal as I just realized she left like a mouse in broad daylight.
I look at my friends from across well some of them were there
" im off guys I'll catch up we guys later I have to get to class" I say
I pick up my bag and leave the classroom but before I can get to my next class I'm stopped by Aria.
Who in fact was my ex from 2 months ago she was pretty if you into model types of girls she had long dark blonde hair and blue eyes and she always wore light make up she was what the guys called her on campus the queen beuty.
"Hey what's up Aria" I say as I lean against the wall knowing full well she wanted me to stop for her not that I had to I only did so,
I could get whatever she wanted to say to me over with I had better things to do with my time like hanging around Lila lately as been one of them.
" Luca why have you not been responding to my text messages?"
She ask as she tries acting cute as i frown confused at her
" what text messages?"
" you know the ones I've been sending you dont tell me you blocked me"
she gasp as her perfect manicure nails brush her long wavy hair over her shoulder.
I'm about to respond back.
But before I can i hear a chuckle come from the classroom as Felix comes out from the classroom
" Aria dear have you forgotten its practice this season which means most of the hockey teams phones are off " Felix says with a light laugh.
I stare at him he was was my second in command for captin if I was ever sick or couldn't make it he would be in charge.
And what he just said was a lie a complete utter lie becuase just last night I was chatting so I must of deleted her number she wasn't memorable to me To actually remember if I deleted her number or not.
I watch as Felix starts to talk to Aria and I take that's my cue to leave slowly as I move away from them.
I mange to get out of that conversation all thanks to Felix I get to my next class amd my eyes scan looking for a certain someone as I spot her in the middle of class.
Lila for some reason lately my eyes always find hers where ever I am even in a crowd I can spot her out.
This morning was stressful with that whole debate but I was surprised Lila even spoke up as I watch a girl about to go sit next to her I run over quickly before the girl can get closer and sit again next to Lila.
Giving the other girl a checky full on smile
"Sorry love" I watch her roll her eyes and gi sit somewhere else.
We only ever had two classes together and then after that we might sometimes see each other on the ice or off it depends really.
"Again" she ask as she looks at me as I smile at her
" what I didn't do anything I just saw this seat open and took it what's wrong with that " I ask her.
she turns back to look at the bord infront of her she seemed bord with class so far oday.
' dont you want to sit with your best buddies?' she ask as she points her finger to some of the hocky players i play with.
' nah i dont feel like it besides its more fun sitting here with you" i chuckle softly as put my hands on my check and my albows on the desk as i look at her she dosent even give me glance back.
as the professer walks in and starts his class i lean against the back of the chair as the profers drags on and on about something.
i keep glance at Lila as she looks so focused on the work the professor's doing.
' ey' i whisper to her as she jerks her head in my direction. Our faces are a bit closer than before, and i can take in her light freckles on her nose.
'What?' She almost screeches back in a harsh whisper to me as she backs away
'sorry i just want to know are you practicing tonight?"
" yes i am becuase its the last night ill get to practice by myelf" she says with a roll of her her light brown eyes.
' why do you ask?'
" no reason just wanted to know thats all'
i look at her agan as she gose back to writing in her book.
by the end of class its already 3 pm and im ready to hit the gym as i strech my arms and then look at Lila whos already putting in her earphones.
as she gets up nd slings her bag over her shoulder as she looks down at me one last time and then just walks away.
And I can't help but watch her leave my eyes never leaving her.
