Katherine's POV: Katherine,, I truly apologise for what I'm about say as well as for breaking my promise to you, but this is something I believe is necessary. I thought I could do it, but I can't, at least not for now. A lot has happened between us and now that everything is out, I believe we need a time off from each other. I know I hurt you when you thought I broke the promise that meant the world to you, our vows, but one promise I would never think of breaking or even let you think of it, is letting something happen to you. I promised you we'd find out whoever tried to kill you and I promised to protect you, so this is the only promise I won't break, even if it costs me my life.
