Noelle rolled on her bed all night, her mind spiralling from ways to teach the new pompous bodyguard a lesson.
She jumped in happiness, ecstasy eating away at her. Wearing her pink bunny flip-flops, she scurried out of her room downstairs.
"Where's the jerk bodyguard?" She huffed, asking a maid, looking round the living room for Niklaus.
The maid stared, confused.
"Niklaus St.Clausen." She coughed, rolling her eyes, the maid nodding in realisation.
"He hasn't clocked in." The maid replied, going about her duties.
"Fabulous." She muttered, smirking mischievously.
Scurrying back upstairs, she changed into a fashionable outfit, scurrying back downstairs.
"Tell him I left." She muttered, unboxing a brand new phone.
############
"Where is she?" Niklaus boomed, marching out of Noelle's bedroom. "I can't find her anywhere." another guard said, walking up to her. "She said she was leaving. She also unboxed herself a new phone." The maid explained.
"Dammit!" Niklaus boomed, grabbing his car keys and sprinting out the mansion.

"Ohhhh, Emmm Geee!" A blonde squealed, hugging Noelle from behind at the club.
"Kristin... Where's the gang." Noelle asked, faking a smile as Kristin giddily led her to her crew.
In the corner was Leslie, her 2nd in command, Everitt, her boyfriend, and Kelsie, Kristin's twin brother.
"Boo! You came. I was getting worried, the internet's abuzz about what happened to you." Everitt cooed, guiding her to sit beside him.
"It's been a disaster, Everitt. Everything's falling apart." Noelle sighed sadly, sobbing dramatically into his arms
"Are you even allowed to be here?" Leslie asked, not moved one bit by Noelle's sob story, boredom and sarcasm dripping from her voice.
Noelle's head whipped up in shock, her face contorting to one of annoyance.
"Excuse you! You haven't been shot at twice in one day and about fur times this week! Pardon me for being a tad bit hysterical!" Noelle snapped.
"Oh, please, Noelle spare us the act! The shooting was probably some media stunt to boost your following and secure another award." Leslie gagged, rolling her eyes.
"You think I'll shoot myself to get public attention?" Noelle gasped, her eyes welling up with tears.
"That's the only reason you've been targeted four times without actually being shot. The bruise on your arm doesn't count. You were so dramatic you trashed your own party." Leslie continued attacking.
"Les.... Do you really think that?" Noelle's voice cracked. "You're my friend." She said, sadness in her beautiful brown eyes.
" Friend?....." Leslie scoffed. "....I'm not your friend." She spat. "They're nit your friends." She pointed to the crew. "We're just your playthings. You keep us around so you don't feel lonely. You can't make real friends. You think everyone's beneath you." Leslie seethed, pain and hate crossing her expression.
Noelle looked around at all her friends, who had bowed their head in sad agreement with Leslie.
"Kristin?...." Noelle asked, looking in Kristin's direction for a disagreement. "Kelsie? " She stared at Kristin's twin brother for support, who shrugged in agreement.
"Everitt?" She asked, her tone somewhat sharp. "Babe, say something." She purred manipulatively.
"Don't seduce him! you don't care about Everitt! he's just a lap dog to you. Your personal boyfriend for show." Leslie barked, standing by Everitt.
"Besides...." She said, holding Everitt's hand and staring into his eyes lovingly. "....Everitt and I are together now." She completed.
"You're joking. " Noelle scoffed, her eyes opening in shock. "You're. not. joking?" Her eyes widened in disbelief.
"How could you....h....how could you do this to me?! Leslie, you're my bestie and Everitt, I do love you.... I really do care about you guys....why...." Noelle burst into tears.
"Leave Noelle... you're not welcome here." Leslie spat.
The ground beneath Noelle shook as she staggered away, drunk from sadness and weak from the ache of betrayal in her heart.
She staggers through the crowd, making her way outside. Hailing a cab,she arrives back at the mansion, fortunately safe.
"Where did you go?" Niklaus's voice boomed as he marched up to her, his face stoic and emotionless.
"I really don't want to do this," She gagged, her fingers drifting in points between the both of them.
She strolled into the kitchen, grabbed a bottle of alcoholic wine and marching upstairs in silence, ignoring the stares and glares.
Slumping on the bed and downing a gulp, Noelle burst into tears anew. The ache in her heart resurfaced with every reminisce of Leslie's words biting back at her.
The look of subtle agreement on her friends faves as they abandoned her, leaving her alone in her time of need. Leslie's accusation about the shooting.
"Some friends!" She muttered, downing another gulp in abject sorrow .
Noelle always knew she was alone, that her so-called friends never really cared. But at least, she had people. She had people who celebrated her victories and kept her company, even if they didn't mean it.
Sobbing, she drank her sorrows until she passed out on her king-sized bed.

Noelle woke up , yawning and rubbing her eyes, wondering why she wasn't in her pyjamas.
Memories of last night came flooding back, her eyes stinging, tears threatening to fall.
"No! I'm not going to cry cos of some good for nothing soh called friends." She breathed, clenching her fists in anger as a mischievous smirk appeared across her face.
Changing into a sophisticated outfit, Noelle sauntered downstairs, smirking and mischievously staring at a humourless Niklaus.
"Where do you think you're going this time?" He growled, standing in her way.
"Chill out Grumpy Ol' St. Nik, " She purred, placing her perfect hands on his chest, gently shoving him aside as she sat on her couch.
"I......" She purred, batting her eyes to her father and mother, who stared at her expectantly.
"....want to throw a party. Here." She cooed the entire room's eyes widening in utter disbelief.
"You've got to be f*****g me." Niklaus groaned, rubbing his temple in frustration.
"Mr Hollsbury, you can't be considering this!" Niklaus scoffed.
"Daddy, have you read the tabloids. Heiress and party ghoul, hasn't thrown a party in a week! Scared, or stepping down from a fight?" Noelle gasped, reading the headlines from her phone.
"Daddy, if we don't put this under wraps and ensure the public that I'm absolutely fine, come next year, I'll be old news!" Noelle sniffled.
"Oh dear! Darling, that can't happen." Noelle's mother gasped, placing a hand over her mouth.
"Fine. a small party, trusted friends." Her father gruffly agreed.
"How do we get the message across?" Noelle cooed, batting her lashes innocently and smirking at a frustrated Niklaus.
"Fine! we invite a minimum of 100 guests. No more!" Her father huffed in agreement.
"And one press station." Noelle pleaded. "C'mon Daddy! We need the party to spread like wildfire!" Noelle cooed. "I only have our family and the industry's image's best interests." She purred innocently.
"Fine! 1 Press station!" He reluctantly agreed.
"Yay!!" Noelle giggled, clapping her hands together in glee.
"Mr Hollsbury." Nik scoffed.
"Oh, Nik, don't stress too much. It'll be all good." Noelle purred, smirking mischievously, sashaying away.
"Mary, get Christos on the phone. We've gotta start planning." Noelle cheered in a singsong voice, walking back upstairs.
######
"This is beautiful!" Noelle gasped at the digital invite Mary presented on her phone.
CHRISTMAS REDEMPTION. DECEMBER 18TH; 9PM - 12AM, A CHRISTMAS COSTUME PARTY!
"So we're going with this?" Mary asked.
"Definitely. You're invited too Mary dear and not as a hire." Noelle smiled.
"Do you want your friends invited? " Mary asked, Noelle's face turning to one of pain, sadness, anger, and revenge.
"Know what. Sure. The theme is Christmas redemption." Noelle faked a smile, Mary nodding and walking out of the room, Niklaus coming in.
"You can knock!" She seethed.
"Pretty pink party you've got planned for tonight." He scoffed, ruffling his hands through her pink silk curtains.
"Well, do your job exceptionally and everything's gonna be spick and span" She smiled humourlessly.
"Just so you know, I warned you. If anything goes f*****g wrong, you better hope and pray I get to you in time. Else, it'll be the death of another dumb, pretty, famous wannabe celebrity." He seethed, whispering in her ear dangerously, his deep voice and ragged breaths sending shivers of fear and something else she couldn't quite place down her spine.
"Get out of my room." She breathed heavily, trying to regain her voice and strength.
Niklaus smirked, laughing humourlessly.
"Whatever you want, Princess." He scoffed, striding out of the room.
Noelle groaned heavily, letting out a sigh she didn't know she was holding. Grabbing her pink, soft, cushioned pillow, she buried her face in it, screaming loudly.
Her phone beeped. '7pm,time to shine'
"Showtime!" She murmured, leaving to get ready.
