Ruby`s POV
Day One without Aerox,
Yesterday was a teary goodbye for me as I watched Aerox shift into his dragon and finally leave, flying away.
His people, lots of Dragonians also gathered to celebrate and wish their King luck on his Quest.
I instead cried the whole night, already missing him until I fell asleep.
I felt pathetic as a day had not even passed yet!
At this rate, how would I even survive a week without him...
“Pull yourself together Ruby!” I berated myself and finally got off the bed.
Now that Aerox was gone, I realised that I had to stop being lovesick and focus on the other unfinished urgent stuff I still had to do.
