Rain's Pov
We woke early, with smells of breakfast swirling around the pack house. I can hear pack members chattering and laughing some. The atmosphere feels cheerful. I shift and Adrian tightens his hold around my mid-section, pulling me close into his body. Good morning, wife. I smile and say “good morning husband” I can feel his smile widen as I say it back to him. We lie there for a few more minutes before he groans and gets out of bed. I turn to him, not asking questions, but he answers me, anyway.
"We have training in an hour."
“Okay”
I hurry toward the shower and quickly jump in the warm water, excited for training. Again, I hear Adrian groan and step into the shower behind me.
"We could miss training this morning."
“Or we could shower, eat and go to training.” I say smil
