Amy’s pov
I wake after just sleeping a few hours because it’s almost time for Kamden to return and I am scared. It is still dark out. I know my fate only has two options. I know that Kamden will either kill me or love me. I don’t know why I don’t get a choice in the matter, but I guess that just comes along with being a witch mated to a werewolf.
A single tear falls as I get up to look out the window. I want to enjoy the sight of the moon just one last time. I have no faith that Liam found what he was looking for. I mean why, hadn’t he before. If I only knew the outcome, whether it should excite me to meet the new Kamden or should I dread what’s coming.
I sigh and go to the bathroom and turn on a hot shower, hoping it will ease
