I phased and Alex handed me clothes. Which I quickly changed into. A dark-haired woman stepped into view. Dane passed Katie to Alex, who looked like he was a bit in shock. The woman walked up to Dane and kissed him passionately.
“Disgusting,” Sasha said. “Can you smell her? She is a black witch.”
“Is that what I sense? She must have used dark magic to link me to Dane,” I responded.
I looked right at Alex. “Is Katie OK?”
Dane looked at me, “She is fine. Lana just knocked her and the other wolves in that house out so we could easily kidnap her.”
“If you harmed anyone…” I started.
“What are you going to do? Use magic?” Lana said with a sickening grin. “I bond your magic from Dark Moon territory.”
I tried to link Alex. To create fire. Nothing. “Sasha, did you know this could happen?”
