Marrying Margery
Eventually, the sole unresolved issue between Margery and Ken was the question of marriage. For reasons of her own, Margery preferred to let Ken take the initiative in this sole remaining area of decision making.
Let him be the one to ask for my hand, Margery thought. It is only fitting that Kenneth should be the requestor.
Setting the precedent for his long-term future obedience was the key. To her everlasting delight, Ken was superbly malleable. A few months after assuming control, Margery had her boy completely cowed and dominated.
