I locked myself in my room, thinking about everything. “Hello? Hira? You need to eat.” I heard Cade yelling from the other side of the door. I didn’t interact with anyone for the past two days. The feeling of someone dear to you is really painful. “I understand that you don’t want to talk to anyone, and I’ll just leave your food here.” I heard his steps left. I stood up and took a peek outside.
“How’s Agent Nova?” I saw Mr. Warner asks Cade in the hallways. “She’s so hurt, Mr. Warner.”
Mr. Warner sighed, “I guess I have to visit her next time. Please continue taking care of her.” With that, they left.
Days went by like that, with Cade visiting me every now and then, until I finally had the energy to open my door and talk to them.
