***after few days***
One fine morning Rose is having bath in her lavish bath-tub. Her legs suddenly become scaly and start sticking together. She screams and her handmaiden rushes there to find out that Rose has turned into a mermaid.
“WHAT?? I AM A MERMAID? This is impossible.”
“Oh princess you scared me!” said the maid.
“I sacred you? I am the one who’s scared!”
“So you are a mermaid…hmmm... This is your power!”
“Seriously? But I didn’t wish for this, and I have no control over it. How will I get back to normal form?”
“May be when your legs dry. Your magical abilities have started showing up princess. Here let me help you get out of the tub.”
“No thanks I am fine you wait outside.”
She gets out of the tub and dries herself to get back her normal legs. Thank god!
Her maid comes back, “Are you happy to know that you are not the wrong person?”
“Absolutely baby! I am glad! Should I tell everyone about this?”
“No your highness! I don’t think you should tell about this to anyone.” She said this as if she was keeping a dark secret.
“But why?”
“Mermaids are f*******n on land. Your ability to turn into mermaid may become your very own enemy. What are you going to do if they throw you in Dark water? You have no control on your aqua powers and you have no magic to save yourself from anyone in such situation. Moreover, you are not a typical mermaid with a permanent tail, you are half aquatic and half terrestrial.”
“What do I do now?” Rose is scared as hell.
“Let this be our little secret. Do not tell anyone about this.”
Rose dresses up and is being called downstairs to her room. She is told that her cousin Princess Bella is here to meet her. Bella is again brown eyed 20 year old mystic girl. She is blond and loves to talks a lot. She is happy to meet Rose-her youngest cousin.
“I was so excited to know you are here!” she hugs Rose. “I waited for you so long! You were just a baby few years back! And now look at you! You look my age.” Bella said this pulling Rose’s cheeks.
“Oh by the way, I am your cousin, Princess Bella Woods from Primus.”
“I know I was told about you on your arrival.”
Bella has brought various gifts for her cousin. She is fairy Princess of Primus kingdom and heir to the throne.
They spend a lot of time gossiping in Rose’s room. Bella tells Rose about the battle that took place 6 years ago in Knightland. The day the kingdom lost their princess.
Bella says, “Your father Arandor, my father Aaron and Uncle Liam are all three real brothers. Uncle Liam loved your mom so he attacked this kingdom. But she died in the war. Later he tried to abduct you so you were sent on Earth. Now you are safe here since Uncle Liam’s kingdom lies frozen forever.”
Rose has developed a particular hate for her uncle Liam.
She tells Rose all she needs to know about this world.
“You should come with me to Zor. It has many institutes. One of which is Alfiya- a place where you will get to know about your mermaid tail, your magic and on how to get control on your powers. It is a college where fairies go to learn magic and use it in a proper way. I also go there since a year now. It will shortly reopen in few days.”
“But I cannot leave this place.”
“Everyone knows you can’t do magic, but don’t you wanna learn it? Cedric too will be leaving for Orlando College which is in different city. All your problems will be solved. Don’t worry I will convince your father.”
“Rose was really to meet Bella.”
She does convince the king by saying it is important for his daughter to learn magic in order to protect the kingdom. The king reluctantly agrees as no one can win an argument with Bella.
“Ok Princess Bella, you may take her with you but you will be fully responsible for her!”
Rose is given her very own travel device by which she can go wherever she wants by opening the portal.
“Remember one thing, only port to port teleporting is allowed.” Cedric.
“How to use it?”
“Just imagine the port of place you have to go and the portal gate to your destination port will open itself.”
“That cool!”
She is also given a phone type magical device which can be used only for calling from anywhere to anywhere in any world.
Rose has mixed feelings now. She wants to get her magical powers about which she still has hopes. She wants to explore this new world but also wants to live a princess life here. Since she has no work here, and she was bored, wanted to keep herself occupied so she chose to go.
