After college, Rose returns to her room and she is very happy thinking about Sky.
May be he isn’t so bad... May be whatever I think about him is wrong. But dii said he is a fu*kboy. How can she be wrong? Why will she lie to me?
“May be she just hates him for no reason? He is so nice!”
“He is dangerous Rose ! He is lethal. Loving him could get you killed. And I don’t want that to happen with my little sister!”
“What you saying Dii?”
“ I know you feel the same for him the way other fairies do but you shouldn’t. You saw what happened with the nerd, but you don’t know what happened with the fairy Samara.”
“Who is Samara?”
“A fairy who loved Sky beyond any limit…he loved her too. They were happily in love with each other. But he was afraid to let people know about them. She wasn’t a princess or a fairy! She was a humanoid. When things took a turn, he ditched her. He left her all alone to die and she committed suicide.”
“Rose ’s heart stopped for a moment. What? He can’t do this.”
“Oh he has done it! She died because of him Rose ! And I know you! A girls like you has no control on herself when she in love. So it’s better for you to control yourself and stop loving him before it’s too late.”
Rose is heartbroken again. She decides to limit her feelings for him.
I really hope whatever she said about him is a lie. What if she was pregnant and that’s why he left her and she preferred dying? I can’t trust him ever.
Few days went by... Nobody teases Rose or makes fun of her anymore. She is adjusted here and everyone has kind of accepted her. Her mermaid abilities are also coming under control. Now she can willingly shift from her fairy body to mermaid and back again with her mind.
It’s been days since she saw him last. Super humans do keep visiting Fairy Academy to meet their girlfriends and friends but Sky isn’t amongst them. Rose feels incomplete. She felt as if a part of her life went missing.
One evening, it suddenly started raining. All lectures were cancelled and the day was given off on special demands. It was a call for celebration. The fairies called their mutant friends for a hangout.
Rose was with Melody and Bella in college campus when Peter and Kyle arrived. The college had activated it’s protective shield to block the rainfall from entering college or hostel premises. They are all in the college garden talking to each other waiting for few more friends to arrive.
The weather is too lovely today. The sky is grey and heavy rains have been blocked by the protective shield. Students are having plans for the day but why can’t I find Sky? Where is he? Doesn’t he feel like hanging out or having fun?
Cheryl is sitting on the bench when suddenly a cat jumped on her.
“Ewwww! What the hell?” She threw the cat away from her. “I hate cats!”
The poor helpless creatures looked sad and started going. Rose ’s all attention was taken by the fluffy white cat.
“Come here you little fluff ball!” Rose talked to the cat.
“Oh no!” said Peter.
“Meow!”
Just at this moment Sky arrives and he sees what happened. Rose hasn’t noticed Sky at all. She is lost in the cat.
“Awwww my gosh, you are so adorable!” Rose ’s eyes were filled with love and she didn’t care if she looked stupid talking to a cat.
“Let’s go eat something ok?” Rose takes the cat to her house.
“Now she won’t come with us!” Says Peter. “She loves cats!”
“Shall we leave?” Said Sky.
“No let us at least ask Rose if she wants to join us or not” Said Melody!
“Melody texts Rose that Sky is here. Rose comes running to balcony to see him.”
She sees him and he looks at her. There is pain in Rose ’s eyes! Why can’t I love you Sky?
He takes his eyes off her and Peter calls Rose .
“Babe, are you coming with us?”
Everyone is standing just outside her house below the balcony.
“No Pete! Sorry I can’t. I don’t wanna come.”
I am trying to limit my feelings for him and its really getting difficult. I don’t wanna fall for him again. Its better if I stay away.
Peter comes to know she is looking at Sky and saying no! Something is fishy!
“Hmmm …. Ok darling, take care and be safe. I won’t force you. Bye.”
“Bye.” She hung up.
Rose is mad now. What? He is hanging out with my people now? May be it’s his people and I am the one who doesn’t belong here. But why didn’t Pete force me? I would have got to spend time with Sky.
No but he would have got to know my feelings for him and even Peter! Ahh, I hate myself and Sky… and Pete too. But they are at the same time the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life! Oh god what is happening to me?
Why is seeing Sky so rare that I go crazy when I see him even though I am supposed to hate him? Wait a min...Doesn’t he hate Pete? My head is gonna burst now.
I cannot handle these mixed feelings for him. Sometimes I wanna kill him and sometimes I wanna love him. What is happening to me? Am I turning psycho?
God I wish I had my magical powers! I would get involved in myself then. I just want my powers. I need to keep myself bus or may be just focus on myself. I should meet Dean Edith again regarding this! Also I need help to stay away from him. Focus Rose , you must not fall for him.
That night Sky lying on the college ground looking at stars. Girls are crazy for me! They all wanna follow me wherever they can but how did Rose reject Pete’s invite? Why does she act so crazy?
What is up with her? Last week she wanted to complaint against me to Dean. She created havoc in Fairy Academy and now this? Why is she such a mystery? I gotta do something about this.
