The first talk

Next day Rose goes to meet Dean very early in the morning. She wants her powers at any cost.
“I really hope ma’am has got a solution for this!”
“Oh good morning Rose dear! “
“Good morn…”
“How is everything here now? Are you still facing any problem other than your very own magic?” She took a pause. “Please sit!”
“Ma’am I tried everything… but I couldn’t do even a little bit of magic” saying this she sits down on the chair.
“Hmmmm… Well Rose , you got to be careful about yourself.”
“What do you mean?”
“Actually, we had a girl like you before, a princess who couldn’t do magic…and…she tried a lot and ended up hurting herself…”
“Hurting?” Rose asked.
“She died!”
“Died??? Really???” Why is everyone dying here?
“Yes! So it ok if you can’t do magic. I mean you are still a princess! You have a life to live!”
Rose gets disappointed and stands up to leave.
“But… there is one person I want you to talk to…there IS still a hope…”
“And who that person might be?” asks Rose
“Sky!”
But off course! It has to be him! He is like the ONLY next-door superhero sort of a thing for these people. Don’t you have any options? Like the wizards or the warriors! Can’t the elves help me? I mean there are so many hotties even in Sanctum…why him? I am supposed to hate him. He is weird!
“Do you have any problem?”
“What? No! No ma’am!”
“Good! You should meet him in his college office in Sanctum.”
“Sure!”
“TODAY!!!!!!”
“Alright!”
Rose takes Melody along with her for this mission and they leave college campus and head to Sanctum.
Rose is scared to meet Sky personally without having any of his fan club around. Melody is happy to surprise Kyle. It’s only a mile away straight from Fairy Academy through the woods.
The path between both the colleges is wide and sandy. Rose can only think about Sky throughout the way. She keeps reminding herself to hate him. They finally reach the destination.
Sanctum is a silver alien city type college with multiple spread out structures and hovering space crafts in the air. They don’t have port for teleporting. The nearest port to Sanctum is a mile away in Fairy Academy. They don’t like sudden guests.
The hostel building is cylindrical in shape made fully of glass. It has a huge stadium with convertible roof in the middle. The training centers were in different corners with vivid shapes. There is no gate or anything. It’s like an open city ready to take down any of its attacker. It was overwhelming and very majestic.
Sure! The college of all the hot guys!
They enter in the very first structure which is reception having tall walls and complete white interior.
“Wow! Is this a hotel or something?” Rose asked Melody.
The robot receptionist arrives there.
“Hello ladies, how may I help you?”
“Oh hi I am Melody, looking for my friend Kyle and she is Rose looking for Sky…”
Kyle just arrives there running.
“There you go miss, your product is right here and Sky…”
Girls start laughing. “Product!!!”
“Oh yes we are working on his updates, we are facing some problems recently.” Said Kyle
“So, welcome to Sanctum, ladies! What brings you here today?”
“Dean Ma’am told her to meet Sky! It’s something personal.” Says Melody
“Lucky girl! You are just in time! He is done with his workout few minutes back. You too got a crush on him?” asks Kyle.
“Oh no! Where is Peter?” Asks Rose as she doesn’t want Kyle or Melody to know how much she gets mad about him.
They start walking outside the reception…
“Kyle, my darling bff is in Team Peter and not team Sky.” Said Melody.
Rose hasn’t told Melody about her attraction towards college hottie as she herself is yet not fully aware of it.
“That’s something odd since there is practically only one person in team Peter and that’s Bella. There, that’s his office!” said Kyle pointing at a huge dome structure.
“ Go meet him now, we will catch up with you later.” Says Kyle.
“Byeeee” Melody.
Throughout the way here, Rose was thinking about Sky but now that she has to go and face him, she is trembling!
Rose is about to knock but takes her hand back. Should I just go back and meet him next time? Nope, it’s about my magic, and I will leave no stone unturned.
She decides to knock…
“Come in!” a voice calls her from inside.
Rose thinks ‘But I didn’t even knock’. She walks in…
Sky is sitting on a chair rotating a paperweight (glass ball) over the table.
“How did you know I was standing outside?” Rose walks towards him and asks in a confused way.
“I could see you!”
Rose is still not convinced and thinks Sky read her mind!
Sky stands up and says, “It’s a one way visible door Rose , I can see what’s happening outside.”
Rose turns back to see that the wooden door from outside is actually see through from inside and other side things are actually visible.
“Please sit!”
“Magical door?” Anything can happen in this world! She sits down…
Sky sits down too!
Oh my god! This is real Sky! Unlike the one I keep seeing in my room! This one isn’t illusion. And he just had shower, his hair still wet. Why are you wearing that white shirt? Please take it off. The buttons are open anyway! He is so freaking handsome! How even the heck am I supposed to hate him? I hate you Bella.
“So tell me, what is it? What brings you here?” Sky questions Rose .
What? Why am I here? f**k I forgot! He has got these gorgeous dark blue eyes! That makes him even more attractive. Stop thinking about him Rose he may be reading your mind. You shouldn’t let him know you love him. Rose goes blank.
Sky thinks she is still amazed because of the door.
“Lovely college by the way! I have never seen anything like this before. I am totally in love with it. I love alien stuff and this is totally a master piece.”
Sky is flattered. “Sure!” He smiles, “You are visiting Sanctum for the 1st time I guess. It was reconstructed 20 years ago by the great fairies and wizards…”
Rose is blushing to see Sky but Sky thinks she is smiling because of her love for his college. She has no idea what he is saying.
I love that voice… look at the way he talks! I am totally going crazy all over him again! Someone please save me! I am so much falling in love with him AGAIN.
While Sky got busy telling Rose about the college, Rose regained her conscience and purpose of visit.
“Sky! Edith sent me to you! I can’t do magic, so she told me to meet you.” she says this in one breath.
“Ohh, that? Right! Well, there is actually a place far away from here- Garth. It is said to be the place where dark magic was born! Anyone’s magic doubles up it that place. I had a talk with your Dean and we think that you might get your powers if you visit that place…”
“Oh that’s great!”
“But but but… this is only a theory… it may not go as planned. It can even turn out to be a total failure. There are also chances of you turning into dark version of yourself.”
“What’s the verdict?”
“You still have a chance! We will take you there if required.”
“If required?” Rose becomes anxious.
“Yes! Wait for the year to end! Let’s see if you get your powers in this time limit, else we will go there ok?”
“Why can’t we just go there now?”
“Because it is a dangerous place for you! It is in black dimension where you can’t tell the difference between what’s real and what’s illusion. And that place keeps on changing its location. In that dimension, time follows no rules.
Once you get trapped there, there’s no coming back. Also, you have no idea about the creatures present there. It has things you can never think of. That place has a nasty past and creepy present. It is not advisable for someone like you to go there.”
“So…”
“The problem is your safety.”
“But I…”
“We have been there but we don’t think it’s appropriate for us to take you there right now, you are vulnerable.”
“What do you…”
“So all you can do is wait for this year to end.”
“Ok!” Rose leaves the head boy office. She is distressed and starts thinking about that place.
Why couldn’t I read her mind? What was she thinking all the time? Did she think about me? Who is she? And who is she?
May be because she is human! Peter comes there. The two osmosians are face to face reading each other’s thoughts.
“You think that little fan of yours is a human and not a fairy?”
“I am not sure yet! All I know is she is nice and you should stop hating her.”
“If she didn’t belong here, how could she enter the portal? Humans can’t enter the portal.”
“Not sure about that! Anything can happen in our world!”
“But you can read her mind.” Sky says in aggressive tone.
“And I do, but only when I want to!”
