Chapter 32
I woke up on the hard ground of Xavier's office. I looked around perplexed until last night’s events rushed back to my mind leaving me in a puddle of emotions. It was still dark outside. I sat up but winced when my shoulder hurt but gradually it decreased as I moved. I opened the door and saw that the coast was clear. I tip toed to our room. Our room. It feels so foreign now but it had to happen sometime. I opened the door to find the room empty. Xavier was not here otherwise it would have been really awkward considering last night’s events. I turned to the clock that was in the room to see that it was 3:27 am. I breathed out a sigh and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I relaxed as the warm water hit my skin.
