Chapter 8

615 Words
Hazel POV It's been a week since I have been staying here. Training with Max has been exhausting but simultaneously I have learned quite a lot of things. Xavier's been avoiding me all this week after the discussion we had that day.  I kinda miss seeing him.  All my thoughts vanished into thin air as I felt a sharp pain on my stomach. "Earth to Hazel." Max teased and I groaned from the impact of his punch. We have been getting along these days. I punched him in his face and kicked him where the sun doesn't shine. He held  his crotch and fell on his knees. "Damn girl, what are you ?" I smirked and Sam laughed.  "You should really see your face right now." He chuckled. I smirked and grabbed a bottle of water and gulped the water. The cool sensation hit my burning throat and I relaxed.  "Shut up." Max groaned while attempting to stand up properly.  "Hazel?" Sam called while walking towards my direction. "Hmm?" "We are going to the club today. We can't delay it anymore." His tone was hard which meant that the circumstances were no good. Considering Sam was pretty cool about everything, him acting so serious meant that it must be important.  "When are we leaving ?" I curiously asked. "At 7, Xavier told you to get dressed up and you remember the plan right?" I nodded my head at his question. "Good. Go and get ready." He ordered and went inside the house. "Lets go." Max said while throwing a hand over my shoulder. I went upstairs to my room and took out a dark blue sequin dress which reached mid thigh and perfectly hug my body. Entering the bathroom, I stripped out of my sweat clothes and washed my body clean. After drying myself, I slipped on a pair of black lacy underwear before pulling on the dress and lightly curled my hair. For makeup I decided to do something heavy for I had to impress someone. Black Smokey eyes and a swipe of red lipstick. I took out a pair of black heels and went downstairs after slipping on them.  Reaching the end of the stairs, my eyes instantly locked with Xavier's blue ones and my heart started to race a mile. He was wearing dark washed jeans and a white t-shirt with a black leather jacket.  How does he manage to look this good all the time?  He could wear rags and still look absolutely gorgeous in that. His eyes trailed up and down my body before they locked with mine. Not going to lie, I felt super conscious under his gaze.  "You look beautiful Hazel."Sam complimented offering a smile. "Thanks, you look good too."He smirked and winked at me. "Are you guys done? Can we leave now?" Michael exclaimed in a bored tone. "Lets go." Xavier said nodding his head towards the direction of the entrance door.  Xavier and I rode in one car while the rest used another car. I stole a few glances at Xavier and he would occasionally look at me. "Are you nervous?" He asked and I felt myself nodding . "A bit." He looked in my direction but quickly focused back onto the road . "Don't be. We will be there for you and if anything happens just call me." He pulled outside the bar that will decide all of our fate that is now in my hands. Darren comes here every Thursday and he was expected to come here tonight.  How do I know that? Xavier told me. The smell of alcohol hit my nostrils just as we entered. There were people dancing actually grinding against each other. The boys went to the VIP floor and I went to sit near the bar waiting for him to show up.  ********* Finally! The main part. Follow ,Comment and Share.
