You confronted her.
Asking her not to do this.
Not to elope, running the family's name in the mud”
Terrance walks toward the table, where Thomas is.
His hand fisted.
“You told her, in a sweet way, how her one decision can ruin your family's reputation.
Especially since the election was just months away.
But Rachel didn't listen.
She was already pregnant…
And she wanted to leave, as soon as possible.
She didn't care that Xander would make all of this public.
Instead, she blamed you, saying their marriage was wrong, that you had forced her into this.
That she had hurt Xander because of this marriage she was never honest
