I look in a mirror as I wipe my makeup off.
Splashing some cold water against my face.
My eyes burning, as I stand clueless.
A feeling which has got me dumbfounded, and I can't even put a finger on it.
I don't know what I feel.
Defeated or just angry.
And I look at the women who wash her hands, giving me a side eye before she leaves, her heels clicking against the floor.
When my phone vibrates, it's Vance.
I decline his call.
I'm not sure what I am going to tell him.

Mr. Kelley just sold his firm to our opponent.
And he is doing all this on purpose.
