I cross the road, as I take the elevator to the third floor.
Remembering each and every corner of this building from the first day I had walked in.
The building looks empty now…
But last time I was here, I could hear so many voices laughing at me.
When I see the name board, unchanged from the years I knock on it.
“David Butler”
“Coming”
The voice comes out from the inside and I take a step back.
“Xander?
Is that you?”
I turn around, as I hear the very familiar voice.
“Good to see you, David.
We got some business to talk”
I put my hand forth to shake his.
Never wasting any time!
Nodding at me, he welcomes me in.
“Can I get you something?”
He asks before settling down.
