Marriage and babies why do woman have to plant these things into other people’s heads. We haven’t even slept together, were supposed to be taking things slow. Slow is not marriage and then babies. I want all those things with Kate but not after 2 days of knowing her, she’s coming back from the bathroom. I need to stay cool
“are you ok?” I can feel her nerves, she nods and sits back down. She takes a drink of her milkshake, I grab her hand
“Kate?” she looks at me “I want marriage and kids with you but just not yet” I try to reassure her
“yeah, I know we barely know each other it’s too soon to think like that.”
“well Zander and Rachael did it quick, but we don't have to be like them”
