We eventually make our way downstairs just before lunch time. DeeDee is sat in the kitchen talking to some ladies I don't know
"hi DeeDee" she smiles
"Hello Rachael, Zander. Are you guys ok? Do you need anything?"
"No, we're ok. Just in need of coffee." I smile
"oh I bet you are" she giggles with the other woman and I feel my cheeks redden. I walk over to the kettle and turns it on, I make me and Zander a mug of coffee each
"lunch will be ready in about half an hour if you guys are hungry"
"Thanks, do you know where Dad is. I think we need to talk to him" I look at Zander and he smile down at me
"I think he’s in the office with Carl, let me check?" I see her mind link dad and she smiles "he’s just finishing a meeting, he said for you to wait for him in the living room."
