I feel my head pounding before I even open my eyes, I always end up with a migraine after I've had a vision. This vision was a particularly horrible one, just remembering the content as me bolting up right but the movement makes me gasp and grab my head.
I feel a warm body behind me, rubbing circles on my back, i lean into the warmth
