“What a pleasant surprise.” A deep and loud voice said and I was sure it wasn’t a person who actually talked, but someone demonic from another world since it echoed throughout the whole building. “Thank you for the meat salad, Lucinda. Not only a human, but you brought a vampire, a dhampir and a werewolf as well. Phenomenal.” The voice said and my eyes widened. Did he really refer to us as a meat salad?
I looked around to see Raya moving closer without actually moving and she had a scared expression on her face.
“Raya.” I called out to her , but in the next moment my body moved against my will as well and I was dragged next to her, close to where Lord Daemon and that woman stood.
“You brought a werewolf. I didn’t expect that.” The woman told Raya’s dad.
