Her own little courtyard.

"Ok fine!!" Li AnYuan was so annoying by him questions her again. She turns around and faces him, staring at him as she narrows her eyes at his lazy posture again the wall.

"First tell me, who the hell are you? Why am I have been captured in here? Where is this place? Are you going to let me go? Are you are kidnaping me? Are you the bad guys or the mafia or something? Are you going to kill me? And I have a lot more question to ask...but I will ask you again later after you answer these important question. " Li AnYuan finally finish her question. She looking at General Jin to see his facial expression.

"Huh...mmm...you do have a lot of question. Don't you?" General Jin smirks a smile at her. His playing with his finer as his slowly pointing his finger at her

"Fine... I will answer all your question, but..." hi pause his voice and move straight to Li AnYuan

"I can only tell you tomorrow morning, I will see you in the main courtyard. We shall have breakfast there. After that, we need to go to another place. It is late and you need your energy for tomorrow. You will be very surprised and that I can be sure of it. Go to your room take a rest." General Jin just stands there waiting for her to go to her room.

"Fine...!!!" Li AnYuan answer in an angry tone of voice, she just rolled up her eyes and turn around to follow the maid. Li AnYuan did not say anything else and left the men quarters to her room.

Li AnYuan passes by a very long corridor to her room. It is within the camp compound and her room was far to the end.

The courtyard.

Is a small courtyard, as she enters her courtyard, her eyes were delighted. It was full of flower port. She loves the fresh smell of the plant in her courtyard. A little smile seems to reveal on her face.

"Hemm... this is nice." Li AnYuan smiles and turns to the maid.

"Glad you like it miss" the maid leave her alone than she prepares a hot bath or her.

Li AnYuan walks slowly around the room. She was amazed that this place was well kept. Everything is clean. It was simple and yet very refreshing. A small kitchen and dining table at the centre. A reading table at the corner.

Next to it was her dressing table. Next to her dressing table in her bedroom. Her bathroom was next to her room.

Li AnYuan has a nice hot bath. Is very refreshing. She took her dinner then went straight to bed.

"Huh...I am so worn-out out." Li AnYuan trying not to think too much. She just served her head on the pillow. But she still mumbles to her self...

Who am I? What am I? What am I doing here? Why am I here? All these questions have been in her heart. All will be answered tomorrow... tomorrow...

"Morning, Miss wake up the sun is up." A voice can be heard beside Li AnYuan bed.

Slowly Li AnYuan opens her eyes. She was still in a sleeping mood. Was she trying to consider to stay a little bit longer on the bed or to get up and have a coffee?

"Miss, have you forgotten that you have an appointment with General Jin this morning?" the maid slightly remain her.

"Oh.. yes! I forgot about that, thank you." Li AnYuan quickly got up and move to the bathroom to clean herself up.

Now the maid has become her assistants. The maid helps her to get ready, she prepares her cloth for her and helps her to dress up. Li AnYuan didn't complain much as she is used to be severed by her maid in the Li Manor.

Li AnYuan turns around in front of the mirror. She's quite happy with the cloth, it's fit her very well. Her white clothes were clean and elegant as if they were freshly washed.

Once she ready she is off to the main courtyard to see General Jin. Her maid follows her closely.

Not before long, they have reached the main courtyard, Li AnYuan saw the General is waiting for her. General Jin was sitting upright at the table.

"Morning Miss Li AnYuan" General Jin great her with a smile. She is a beautiful young lady.

"Hemm.." Li AnYuan nodded, " Morning to you too General Jin" she reply him with a morning smile.

"I see you have slept well last night," He noticed she was in a good mood this morning. Her skin colour has turned more bright.

"Yes I have.. thank you" Li AnYuan was looking at the foot on the table. It was a lot of foot just for the two of them.

"Please have some breakfast" he takes a pancake and places it on her plate.

"I do not know what do you like, so I ask them to prepare a little bit of everything." He's watching her facial expression. To his surprise, she is more energetic this morning.

Li AnYuan nodded and she helps herself with most of the foot, she tries every bit of the food on the table. Then she finally realizes that General Jin has not touched his foot. He just stares at her.

"Why are you not eating?" She asks in a blundering manner.

"I seldom eat breakfast in the morning. I will eat when my time is near." He explains to her. He glimpses at her way of language.

"Stop looking at me. If you have something to say just say it." She ignores him and continues her breakfast.

"I will answer your question last night. As I have promised you." He slowly takes a file from his hand and passes it to her.

Li AnYuan finishes her breakfast and coffee. She picks up the file and looks through the file.

"Is all name.. name.. and more names. Age, gender, and reason," she taps her finger on the table trying to figure out what is it about.

"I don't understand what it is?" She looks at the general and passes the file back to him.

She sees a creature. It was drinking water from the lake. She hid behind a tree. The creature lifts its head. It has grey eyes and black fur. It was …

"A wolf…!” Li AnYuan was shocked. Almost shouting through her lung, but then she manages to cover her mouth.

‘ Why did I come into the wood?’ Li AnYuan asks herself.

However, the wolf seems to be hurt. It was observing something or rather someone…. Then suddenly it falls to the ground.

Li AnYuan was checked a bit, she looks close to see what was wrong with it. It had a bleeding leg; it was whimpering in pain, it also looks like going to die.

Li AnYuan felt sorry for it. She gained her courage and slowly walked closer to the wolf, tries not to make any sound.

Poor Wolfie… it has its eyes closed. Maybe the pain is too much for it. She walks slowly and somehow a branch snapped.

“Oh gosh!” Li AnYuan waited for the wolf to pounce at her and close her eyes. When nothing happened to her, she slowly opens her eyes. The wolf was just staring at her and not doing anything. Its eyes were merely open and its know what she was doing.

Li AnYuan walks even closer to it, she examines the bleeding leg. The wound was deep and a lot of blood was gushing out.

“Oh dear wolfie… don’t be scared I would not hurt you.” She takes out some of her herbs from her beg pack and smashes it together. She finds a big leaf for the remedy and covered the wound. Tie it with a scarf she had in her beg. It whined a little but then kept quiet again.

“Wolfie.. is done, helpfully this will help you.” She pats her hand on the wolf head, and a small light comes out from her little finger.

Now, this is the first time she sees it happen. Her energy gathers up and flows out to help the wolf to heal. All she needs to do is, just make a wish for the wolf to be better. The wolf only ignores her and lay down, as it knows she was healing him with her energy. She then tingling her finger above the wolf nose and touch it slightly.

She's happy to help out.

After a while, the wolf seems to thank her and looking at her. AnYuan smile and pat more on the wolf head.

“God boy… you feel better now?” she talk to the wolf as if the wolf is going to answer her. However, the wolf knows what she was saying and nodded to her.

“Huh.. you can understand me, right you?” Li AnYuan smile again to the wolf. She stared at the wolf. It has a very beautiful back fur and at the same time, its look scary to her. Li AnYuan was wandering why dint it eat her.

“Hemm… wolfie wolf?” Li AnYuan gave it a name. The wolf look at her with its light grey eyes. It whined. She pats the wolf head, it feels soft and warm.

“Since you are alone and I am a lost girl,l so… let us befriend, shall we?” Li AnYuan looks at the wolf beautiful eyes, its whined again. It brings it heads again her hand allowing her to pet it again.

The fur was soft with a little dirt on it and it was wagging its tail for a bit. Li AnYuan laughs a little as she sees the Wolfie, it's kinda cute and adorable. It was as big as her size, it is a big wolf. Much bigger than the other, a wolf that she only sees is in the movie or the zoo or storybook.

She remembers when she was little; her Nana always tells her story about a monster. She loves to listen to the story until she falls asleep. Wolf story was ones of her fevered. Her nana, take good care of her, every night she would take a picture book for her to see. Her nana shows her a lot of wolf picture; they were brown wolves and a few more colours. There are white ones, but Nana says it very rare to find it's in this world. Then there are the black ones. She assumes it this one over here.

Li AnYuan huge the wolf as she getting ready to move on. She knows she needs to carry on her journey to find the temple.

Little did she know the big wolf tag along by her side. Not leaving her walking along in the wood. Is dangerous.

After a while, the wolf moves its head to Li AnYuan hand, as if was asking her where she is going. Li AnYuan smile at her wolf friend, she understands what the wolf was trying to do, so she pats him.

“Wolfie… do you know where is this place?” Li AnYuan showed the map to the wolf.

The wolf took a long time to see the map, the eyes are looking at the little girl and looking back at the map. As if is wondering, why would this girl go to this place? Nobody would go there, it's cursed ground. It's even creepy in the night. They said the temple is more dangerous at night, creature and a demonic monster will come out. Sound of screaming from here and there that sent a chill down one spine.

But, since she wants to go there… the wolf would gladly bring her there. The wolf knows all the area in his territory, so is not a big deal to bring the little girl to the temple.

The wolf lowers his head, as its asking the girl to sit on him. Is a long way to the temple, and walking is not the best chose.

Seeing the big wolf lower his head, Li AnYuan smiles at the wolf.

“So you do know where to go don’t you…” Li AnYuan jumps on the wolf.

In a sudden, he wolf make a leap to the other side of the lake and start to run at full speed heading to the north of the forest. Even tho it was very dark now, the wolf can see very clearly now. The wolf eyes turn into green colour, the green shine out and the aura covers both of them. The wolf jumping and running at full speed, passing by all the tall and gigantic tree.

However, since LiAnYuan was travelling with the wolf, she was a bit scary not knowing where the wolf is going to take her. But after a while, Li AnYaun was so amazed at how fast the wolf can run. In minutes the creature has moved to the other side of the wood. Now they are heading to the mountaintop. Is this is where the temple is?

Partly scare and partly excited she just decided to follow the flow. Soon they reach the foot of the mountain. The road to the top of the mountain is quite narrow, but the wolf was very familiar with this place. they can see the temple just upfront.

When they reach the entrance gate, Li AnYuan was so surprised. Is a deserted temple. Nothing grew there. No tree, no flower and no animal sound, it is a creepy place, just like what the rumour says it.

The wolf bend down, the little girl jump off the big wolf.

The wolf eyes go back to its original colour, then give her a bow as a thank to the girl for saving its life back then. The wolf turns around and leap back and disappear into the wood.

"Goodbye Wolfie.. and thank you!" Li AnYuan also bows to the wolf and wave goodbye to the wolf.

Li AnYuan walks around tries to find something, not far from the gate she sees a symbol. It has the same flower pattern in her book. What could it mean??? She is more cautious now. Li Anyuan takes a step close, she wants to see even more.
